Grundsätzlich eignet sich jede Airless Farbspritzpistole zur Anwendung mit fast allen Farben von Lack bis Dickschicht oder Dispersionsfarbe, vorrausgesetzt die Pistole ist für den geforderten Druck ausgelegt. Für die Pistolen der Namenhaften Hersteller wie Graco, Wagner oder Titan ist das in der Regel jedoch kein Problem.
Wichtig ist die richtige Wahl des Filters und der Düse. Filter/Düsen müssen für die Anwendung passen. Der falsch gewählte Filter/Düse führt schnell zu einer Verstopfung des Filters/der Düse oder einem schlechten Spritzbild.

Nun zur Graco Contractor Pistole, die Contractor eignet sich für den Einsatz von Dispersionsfarbe für die Fassade oder den Keller. Der max. Arbeitsdruck liegt bei 248 bar, damit kann die Pistole für fast jedes Gerät genutzt werden. Die Pistole wird normalerweise mit einer 517er Düse ausgeliefert, die ebenfalls Dispersionsfarbe geeignet ist.
